There is no fee to attend; however, we ask that you purchase something from the establishment providing our meeting space!
We are a group of mostly adults, but open to all levels. We play casual games of chess. Bring a board and clock if possible, but don’t let the lack of either stop you from attending!
Kingsbury St. is the main street leading to Pease Park, and we do meet on the long tables adjacent to Kingsbury
In person casual meet-up on Saturdays, 2pm – 4:30pm at Pease Park in Austin.

There is no fee to attend! In order to participate in the organized event, make an account at https://www.zilkerchess.com/tournaments using your phone number now, or after you arrive at the park.
You can also play casual games with someone if you don’t want to be in the tournament, or one of the advanced players would be happy to teach you if you’re a beginner wanting to learn!
